The Recycling Partnership (TRP) is a non-profit organization intended to grow participation in local curbside recycling programs nationwide. Founded in 2003 as The Curbside Value Partnership, it is the only national program that engages all recycling stakeholders —including city government, private industry, haulers and municipal recycling facilities— to identify solutions to improve curbside recycling programs through education and data analysis.
